Bestsellers Cafe is a family-owned and -run general independent bookstore and cafe located in the heart of historic Medford Square and overlooking the Mystic River. We are committed to supporting Medford's creative community and providing a friendly environment for browsing and dining on light fare. Our rotating artist gallery features the work of local artists, and our monthly events showcase local poetry and storytelling talent, as well as provide open mic opportunities.
