Bestsellers Cafe is a unique independent bookstore with an espresso cafe.  We're located in downtown Medford Square and a wonderful place to meet your friends!

We are an independent bookstore featuring Indiebound bestsellers at 20% off retail price. Our cafe features soup every day, panini sandwiches and our world famous Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad sandwiches among other delicious treats. Enjoy your espresso drinks or taste our organic coffees from fair trade coffee roaster, Equal Exchange, located in Massachusetts.  We have terrific seats overlooking the Mystic River and surrounded by our rotating artist gallery.
